Top-down

Same frame, start to structure.

Fly the same coordinates at the same altitude and the overheads stack perfectly. Drag to move between the two captures.

360° walkthroughs

Stand on the site without driving to it.

Full 360° captures you can drag around and move between. Useful when the people who need to see progress aren't the people who can get to the site — owners, lenders, remote partners.

What I shoot

Three ways people use this.

Ongoing documentation

Recurring aerials on a set interval, framed the same way every visit so the sequence actually reads as change over time.

  • Matched angles month over month
  • Top-down overheads for planning
  • Retouched stills ready to send on

Property & venue

Photography and film of finished places — buildings, courses, resorts, communities — for listings, leasing, and marketing.

  • Twilight and golden hour exteriors
  • Context shots showing the surroundings
  • Stills and motion from the same visit

Brand, agency & broadcast

Aerial units for PR, marketing, and production work — delivered to spec and ready to cut.

  • Log or Rec.709, your call
  • Industry-best equipment
  • Airspace authorizations handled in advance

About

I fly and edit, you deal with one person

Eight years flying commercially in and around Scottsdale — job sites, golf courses, resorts, listings, and brand shoots. I handle the flight, the stills, the edit, and the delivery, so there's no crew to coordinate and no account manager between you and the person holding the controller.

That matters most on recurring work. A sequence only holds together if the same person frames the same angles at the same altitude every visit. I keep the flight logs and shot lists so month twelve matches month one.

Part 107 certified, OSHA certified, and carrying $5M in liability coverage — so clearing me onto your property, whatever kind it is, is a paperwork formality rather than a project.
