Progress documentation
Repeat visits flown from the same points, at the same altitudes and headings, so month three lines up cleanly against month one. Dated sets for owner reports, draw requests and closeout.

Marketing & leasing assets
Hero stills and short video cut for listing sites, brochures, investor decks and the broker's pitch — shot at the hour that makes the building look like the renderings.
Stills · 30–90s edits · social crops
Site context & overviews
Access, staging, laydown, adjacent parcels and the surrounding street network in one frame. The shot that answers "where exactly is this and what's next to it."

One flight, both formats
Video and high-resolution stills come off the same visit, so your team isn't paying twice or coordinating two vendors around one narrow weather window.

How a shoot runs
Three steps, start to delivered files
-
Step 1
Scope the flight
Send the site address and what the footage is for. I check airspace and any authorization the location needs, then confirm the shot list, the date and a flat price before anyone leaves the office.
-
Step 2
Fly the site
Typically one to two hours on site, timed to the light and to your crew's schedule. I work around active work zones and log the positions so the next visit matches this one.
-
Step 3
Deliver
Edited video and retouched stills delivered as a download link you own outright — typically three to five business days, or on the schedule we agree at booking.
Pricing
Quoted per project, priced before the shoot
Most work is quoted as a flat project price once I know the site, the deliverables and how often you need it. Recurring progress documentation is quoted per visit and gets the better rate.
One-off and short jobs are billed hourly with a two-hour minimum. Travel outside the Phoenix metro is quoted with the project, never added afterward.
